Wndrfalk

Getting started

Wndrfalk runs in your browser. You don't need an account. When you first open it, the app is empty.

Install

Open Wndrfalk and add the app to your home screen.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open Wndrfalk in Safari.
  2. Tap Share at the bottom.
  3. Scroll the list and choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. Leave Open as Web App switched on and tap Add.

The app on your home screen starts with its own, empty storage. Export your data as a file beforehand and import it in the installed app: Data.

Android

  1. Open Wndrfalk in Chrome.
  2. Tap the menu with the three dots to the right of the address bar and choose Install and create shortcut. Depending on the version, the entry is called Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Tap Install.

The same steps are in the app under Me › Install app, including Samsung Internet and desktop computers.

First project

Every task belongs to a project.

  1. Tap Projects at the bottom, then Create project.
  2. Write the Project name.
  3. If you already know them, write the Goal and choose the Project end. Both are optional.
  4. Under Start, choose Empty or With typical steps and milestones. The second option creates three milestones and five tasks with dates. With a project end, the last milestone falls on the project end and the other dates move before it in the same proportion. Empty is preselected the first time, after that your last choice.
  5. Choose a Color.
  6. Tap Create project.

The Currency is under More. The one you used last is preselected; for the first project, it is EUR. If Effort and cost is on under Features for new projects, it is shown directly in the window. The currency applies to all amounts in the project. You can change it under Edit project. Wndrfalk does not convert anything: 100 EUR becomes 100 in the new currency.

If you already have projects, Create project is at the top right in the menu. Your own templates are available under Start.

Layout

There are four destinations at the bottom:

  • Today: your tasks by due date
  • Projects: all projects with their tasks
  • Inbox: what others send you
  • Me: your name, settings, data, help and About Wndrfalk

The yellow button adds a new task. A long press opens the New menu with everything you can create. The magnifier icon at the top opens search.
